Clinical Data (Optional): If you upload anonymized test reports (e.g., VNG, vHIT, posturography etc), these are used solely to demonstrate and improve the product as well as provide analysis and pointers which will help you to arrive at diagnostic conclusions.
The onus is on the user to upload anonymized reports. Please do not share any patient personal information such as names, email ID, phone number etc.
Technical Information: Browser type, device information, and IP address for site functionality and analytics.
